Summary: I absolutely love it here. The staff did the room up for my birthday and how nice. I am thinking of coming again towards the end of August. Friends joined me here and love it. This is one of my favourite places. Clean room and aircon great as its so hot.

Summary: I was disappointed I thought I was coming to relax in an air-conditioned room and I booked a suite for my husband's birthday and mine. The AC was not worked, sweated through the first night, tried calling reception, no answer!Informed them in the morning, nobody came and in the pm, I reminded them, nobody came even though the reception staff said they had called them, they had to give us fan in a suite! Incredible. There was a fridge in the suite that's not working well and not even a bottle of water. Had to buy water to drink whilst in the room, there was a complimentary wine, that was nice. I had to call for our room to be cleaned and towels changed but they didn't change the bed sheets, the cleaner said they don't change sheets daily but after 2 days which is disgusting considering it's too hot! Overall, not what I expected but it was just Okay, not sure I would want to go back there, if anything reluctantly.

Summary: Air conditioning in room non-existent unfortunately, it was a constant 26 degrees C. No fridge in room. Everything else clean, room basic, especially for the price.

Summary: Sink was clogged: quite inconvenient. A/C is ineffecient: gallway was cooler in the room despite having set it on max in the room

Summary: Room was a family room very spacious lovely new bathroom. Swimming pool,sauna,stream room and jazzurie good, gym very good. Evening meal and breakfast was very good and clean. Parking cost £10.50 overnight.confusing what the stairs but would stay again

Summary: The rooms are clean and comfortable, no arguments there. The sauna, steam room and pool are great. The food wasn’t amazing, not impressed in that department. The first time I’ve stayed in a Hilton, I was expecting more if I’m honest.
